A Tiki 26 is a catamaran designed by British Designer James Wharram and Dutch born Hanneke Boon. They have been built under all conditions, professional and amatuer around the world and have sailed the planet. This blog is about building a Tiki 26.
If you are a dreamer, a doer, a horizon viewer - come in! come in! Announce yourself and let it be known. The seed of adventure has been sown.
The goal is to take this boat on a trip that no other Wharram boat has taken. From Great Slave Lake in Canada's Northwest Territories up the MacKenzie River to the Beafort Sea and westward to the Bering Sea and south to the inside passage on the Alaska and British Columbia coast.

Wharram Tiki 26 - this is the boat I have decided to build.
Hola. Soy Fernando de Uruguay. Tendrás la lista de materiales de tiki 26 ? Mis planos no la tiene. Te agradecería mucho la información. arbolitojardines@gmail.com.
It all started at age 4 when I crossed the Atlantic with my family on a boat. Once across, we lived in a cabin in the "wilds" of Ontario - 40 miles north of Toronto. All I had to do to find adventure was step out the door, get on my pony to ride in the woods or head for the swamp to pole my raft around. Often I slept in the woods on a straw mat inside a bent pole lodge, winter and summer. The indoors have never been for me.
Needless to say, I don't do the office thing too well.
