If you are a dreamer, a doer, a horizon viewer - come in! come in! Announce yourself and let it be known.
The seed of adventure has been sown.

The goal is to take this boat on a trip that no other Wharram boat has taken.
From Great Slave Lake in Canada's Northwest Territories up the MacKenzie River to the Beafort Sea
and westward to the Bering Sea and south to the inside passage on the Alaska and British Columbia coast.

My good buddy David Porter came by for a visit to look at the boat. We had a good yarn about boatbuilding and about the Tiki in particular. David is a naval architect who lives and practices (he's getting pretty good after fifteen or so years!) on the "Rock" also known as Newfoundland. It happened he was out in Victoria so he dropped down. He didn't stay long enough for me to put him to work but we did manage to stay up late drinking beer and talking boats. I think he's a convert, he kept asking when we were going sailing!
